I’m Tim. I’ve spent 15+ years in sales — hiring teams, writing rules of engagement, designing comp plans, and most recently training HubSpot’s sales reps across North America. Hundreds of reps, every stage of the funnel, every methodology the industry runs: MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, BANT, and the SaaS-native motions that don’t have a name yet.

What is AI sales training?+
AI sales training uses large language models to simulate buyers, score conversations, and coach reps between live calls. The goal is more at-bats per rep, faster ramp, and higher close rates — not replacing your managers. Managers still set the bar. RepCycle allows for the repetition your new hires need.
How is this different from roleplay or recorded call review?+
Roleplay needs another person and a calendar invite. Recorded call review happens after the deal is already cooked. RepCycle is on-demand, repeatable, and scored in seconds. A rep can run twenty mock cold calls in the time a manager would spend reviewing one discovery call.
